Hair Revival Series & ProCelinyl™
What is ProCelinyl?
ProCelinyI™ is our proprietary, patent-pending ingredient. It was discovered through our rigorous and iterative artificial intelligence process and was selected from over 7 million other molecules for the highest safety and effectiveness and specifically targeting the support of hair fullness and thickness.
The complete name of this ingredient is 3-(2-furanyl)-1-(methylsulfonyl)-5-(methylthio)-1H-1,2,4-triazole.
When will I start seeing results?
Consistency is key and Revela’s Hair Revival Serum is best used as a regimen. While every person is different, you should start to see results around 6-8 weeks with daily use. While results look different to everyone, this is often when users have reported seeing baby hairs start to emerge, reduced shedding, and thicker-looking hair overall.
Will my results continue to improve after the first few months?
While everyone's hair is different, we have a significant number of long-term success stories. Take a look at our results page for some of them. Additionally, feel free to read the reviews at the bottom of every product page to hear even more stories from our customers.
What happens if I stop using the Revival Serum or Growth Concentrate?
Our studies show that the follicles that ProCelinyl revives will continue to grow without ProCelinyl for quite some amount of time, even after discontinuing the use of our serum. What that means is that the new hair that you do see while using the serum will continue to grow naturally even after stopping the use of the serum or our other products. However, hair has an average life of about 2-5 years, and once that follicle has lived through its cycle (anagen, catagen, telogen and exogen), it will tend toward the natural equilibrium of your hair, so if your hair is currently thinning, it will most likely revert back to that state. Therefore, because each hair strand is at different stages of hair growth, to maintain consistently great hair we highly recommend continuing the application of our Hair Revival products. However, once you have achieved the results you desire, you can cut back significantly on the frequency and amount of application (to 1 bottle every 2-3 months). This is adequate maintenance to keep up amazing hair quality.
Keep in mind that once your follicles are revived by ProCelinyl, they are still susceptible to damage from the same external factors (such as heat, pulling, chemical damage from dyes and other treatments, etc.). So although our products can help restart a thinning scalp, it also requires a healthy routine, maintenance, and a proper regimen to maintain that great hair.

Do your products work for both men and women?
While the underlying causes of hair loss and thinning can be different for everyone, our Hair Revival products are designed to work for all people – regardless of gender, age, or ethnicity.

How do I use the Hair Revival Serum?
Use the Hair Revival Serum on dry hair or towel-dried hair. Part your hair in each area of concern. Apply 2-3 drops evenly along each part, including temples. Massage into scalp thoroughly. Do not rinse after application. Style hair normally once finished. Apply daily (AM or PM) for best results.
Can be applied morning or night. Do not shower or rinse immediately after applying or the serum will wash out. The lightweight serum can be used on dry or damp hair, so style your hair as normal. The non-greasy formula will not leave your hair greasy or smelly.
Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs. Do not apply to eyelashes or eyebrows. Avoid direct contact with the eyes. Rinse thoroughly if eye contact should occur.
Can I use your hair products with minoxidil?
While you can safely use Revela’s Hair Revival Serum with prescription hair loss medication, your results may differ from if you were just to use our product on its own.
Certain hair loss medication, like minoxidil, typically speeds up the resting phase of your hair, so it tends to fall out more quickly than normal. If you are going through the shedding phase while on prescription hair loss medication, it might take longer to see the results from using Revela’s Hair Revival Serum.
If you are going to use minoxidil-based products at the same time as our products, we recommend using one in the morning and the other at night, to avoid "overloading" your follicles.
Please consult your physician before using our Hair Revival Serum in conjunction with your prescription hair loss medication.
Our clinical results were obtained using just the Hair Revival Serum. In just 6 weeks, 97% of women saw either fuller, thicker, or healthier hair.
Can I use your formulas on colored or dyed hair?
Our formulas work on all types of hair, regardless of the treatments you are getting done. However, our serum supports healthy natural new hair growth. While new hair will come in healthy, our serum does not protect existing hair from harmful chemicals that may be present in dyes, bleaches, and colorings. The chemicals in these treatments may irritate the scalp and cause hair brittleness and breakage.
While our formulas are gentle and formulated to fit seamlessly into your routine, certain color treatments are incompatible with our hair revival products, especially immediately after treatment. If getting your hair color-treated, we suggest waiting 1-2 days for the color to set before restarting the application of our products.
Do I need to add hair supplements to my diet?
While ProCelinyl works to provide your roots with a fresh start and encourage your hair follicles to "reboot," your body still needs the nutrients to sustain increased hair growth. Think of it like this: ProCelinyl starts the car, but you always need "gas in the tank" for your hair to grow.
The large majority of people don't need vitamin supplements, just need a balanced diet. Supporting hair growth requires nutrients like protein, fat, and vitamins, all of which can be found naturally in foods we eat all the time. Can you use LLLT (Red Laser) products alongside ProCelinyl products?
While we have not conducted a clinical study directly evaluating the use of our formulas in conjunction with low-level laser therapy, we have had a large number of current users who are seeing success with our formulas while also using LLLT. If you are considering using our formulas in conjunction with LLLT, we highly recommend that you follow the exact directions provided by the manufacturer. It is important not to overuse the laser. We have found that using the laser caps at a higher frequency or intensity beyond what is recommended can actually cause negative regression in terms of excess hair shedding, inflammation, and slowed growth.

Is Fibroquin™ a retinol replacement?

Where does the Fibroquin Essence go in my routine?
The Fibroquin Essence is a layer-friendly product that can fit after any toners and before moisturizers. It is gentle enough to use both day and night.
What skin types is the Fibroquin Essence good for?
All skin types, none of our clinical subjects experienced sensitivity, even those with self-proclaimed sensitive skin.
Can I use other anti-aging products with Fibroquin™?
Yes! Fibroquin has been clinically tested to be effective yet gentle enough to be used in the same routine as retinol. We have tested it clinically to pair well with a 0.3% retinol and found no irritation.
When can I see results?
Like any skincare product, consistency is key. You can start to see a more lifted, toned appearance in 6 to 8 weeks with twice daily use of The Fibroquin Essence.
Have there been clinicals?
Of course! We tested Fibroquin Essence in an 8-week clinical study that involved 43 female participants between the ages of 51-70 years of age. Participants that tested Fibroquin Essence applied the product both morning and night consistently for 8 weeks. At the 8-week mark, clinical measurements showed a 21% significant improvement in skin elasticity—twice as much as the leading anti-aging benchmark. The test also showed that 93% of the subjects who used Fibroquin Essence showed significant improvement in elasticity.
Is it safe around the eyes?
The Fibroquin Essence should only be applied on the face. Avoid directly applying to the eye area.
Could this be used with other actives like glycolic?
Yes, The Fibroquin Essence can be used alongside other actives like glycolic. The concentrated formula is designed to be absorbed quickly and layers well under makeup and skincare products.
Will the Fibroquin Essence cause breakouts?
In our human clinical study, we didn't get any incidents of breakouts. However, we always recommend patch testing before committing to a full-face application.
Do I need to slowly incorporate Fibroquin? Will it cause initial shedding or purging?
Nope! You can jump right in after patch testing.
If I am young (early 20s) will Fibroquin help me prevent signs of aging?
Biologically, our collagen starts breaking down in our late 20s. Preventative action is always key to minimizing the effects of skin aging. If you’re in your 20s, Fibroquin™ not only plumps & refreshes skin, but also works very well as a preventative product against skin aging and sagging.
Can I wear the Fibroquin Essence under makeup?
Yes, the Fibroquin Essence can be used during the day and night, and under makeup. In our clinical study, subjects tested the formula by using it during the day and at night. The essence was specifically formulated to be lightweight and layerable.
I have acne-prone skin. Can I use Fibroquin Facial Essence?
We've formulated our Fibroquin Facial Essence specifically with acne-prone skin types in mind, selecting ingredients with the lowest comedogenic profile.
Does Fibroquin need to be refrigerated?
Nope! Unlike retinol and other temperature-sensitive products, Fibroquin is stable at room temperature. Refrigerating will not extend the shelf-life.

How do you know your product works?
We develop biological models for human hair and test our ingredients on them. The real roots (follicle cells) of real patients are grown in a lab and we measure how quickly those roots develop. We then conduct rigorous clinical testing and only release products that are scientifically proven to be both safe and effective. That is how we know that our serum will help support hair follicle health and promote thicker, fuller-looking hair.
How are your products tested for safety?
As scientists, we take the safety of our products (and the customers that use them) very seriously. We carefully test our ingredients in the lab and also in the clinic to ensure that they are safe to use and do not carry any adverse effects.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin/scalp?
Yes! All our formulas are safe to use on sensitive skin. After human clinical testing, our formulas are deemed hypoallergenic.
If you are concerned about reactions or irritation, we recommend you apply a small amount of the formula of interest on your arm before going forward with consistent use on your skin or scalp.
Can I use your products if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
To ensure the safety of those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, we do not use hormones, sulfates, parabens, phthalates, formaldehyde/formaldehyde releasers, or dyes. We conduct extensive safety testing on our molecules. Based on our evaluations, our molecules should not lead to any reproductive issues.

Some products (e.g., the Hair Revival Serum, and the Brow Serum) do contain a very small amount of ethanol, however, an entire bottle contains no more than a small pump of hand sanitizer.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will generally be processed within 1-2 business days (this excludes weekends and most federal holidays).
Domestic standard shipping (est. 3-5 business days after fulfillment) within the continental United States is free on orders over $100.
Free shipping is available for Revela Rewards members at lower order values and select products.
On international orders (currently, we can only ship to Canada and Australia internationally), taxes, duties, and shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, order value, and weight. These orders generally take between 8-10 business days after the fulfillment to be delivered. Taxes, duties, and shipping will also be processed automatically on subscription shipments at the time of re-order processing.
Expedited shipping options are available for an added charge.

How can I track my order?
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (or text message) that includes a tracking number which you can use to check the status of your delivery.

My box arrived damaged. What should I do?
Oh no! That's not how that was supposed to go. Not a problem, just snap a picture and send it to info@revela.com and we'll have a replacement shipped out to you as swiftly as possible.
Subscriptions & Billing
How can I change or update my subscription?
When logged into your Revela account, you can reschedule a shipment or update your billing and shipping information from the subscription portal.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Current subscribers can update, pause, or cancel their plan through their Revela Account. After logging in to your account, you can click the "Manage Subscriptions" link. Use that link and you can edit frequency, shipping, billing and other information as well as cancel or modify your subscription.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Facebook Pay, and credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders at this time.
Do you offer installment payment options?
Yes! On one-time purchases, we offer options to pay with ShopPay.
However, on subscription purchases, we are not able to offer installment options at this time.
When will my refill arrive?
One bottle (40mL) is the estimated usage over a one-month period, as confirmed through our clinical trials. Therefore, with a Revela subscription, we will ship out a refill bottle every 30 days for a single bottle subscription and every 60 days for a Growth Pack subscription.
A reminder notification will be emailed to you 3 days before renewal in case you want to modify your order. You'll also receive a text message if you've signed up for SMS alerts.
Please note: We will process your order every 30/60 days, but transit times may vary given weekends or holidays.

Where are your products made?
The Hair Revival Serum, Fibroquin Essence, Growth Concentrate, and Brow Serum are all developed and manufactured in the United States.
Our accessories, including the Rejuvenating Scalp Massager, Tortoise Shell Claw Clip, Scrunchie Trio, White Jade Gua Sha, and Boar Bristle Brush are manufactured in China.
