We're confident that you’ll see thicker, healthier, or fuller-looking hair and/or bolder brows within 120 days (4 months). If not, just follow the steps below and we will refund your purchase if we both can’t see results:

• Take high-resolution ‘before’ photos on Day 1 - the more angles, the better! We encourage at least the 4 angles shown below.
• Use at least 4 full bottles of either the Hair Revival Serum or Growth Concentrate (or a combination of both together!) daily over a period of at least 120 days (for brow: 2 tubes over 120 days), applying daily as directed.
• After 120 days of consistent use, take high-resolution photos of the same area(s) taken on Day 1.

How to Claim the Guarantee

When taking photos, please make sure the images of your hair are clear, with similar hairstyles, in similar well-lit settings, and at similar angles. Photos should include tight hairstyles to show the same hair part and hairline and should capture the entire area of concern. Hair should be clean and dry for photos.

If you are unsure whether or not your pictures meet this requirement, feel free to send us progress pictures along the way at info@revela.com so we can support you along your journey. Submitted photos should be original, uncropped, and unedited. Our mission is to help each and every person win their individual battles against hair loss. So along with your pictures, please tell us your story. Let us know your morning and nighttime routines, your hair care regimen, and the results you were trying to achieve with our product—anything that can help us to continuously improve our products for you.

After submitting, please allow 5-7 business days to process your request and issue your pre-paid return label. After receiving the label, return your empty bottles to us and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive them. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If your original method of payment is no longer available, we'll gladly issue you online store credit. Any unopened, unused product can be returned per our returns policy

Please Note: Our money back guarantee is one-of-a-kind. We want you to feel at ease giving your hair the time it needs to ‘reboot.’ Therefore, we will gladly offer you a full refund, but only after you’ve been able to use our product for at least the specified (and data-backed) 120-day period. The guarantee will be honored any time after the 120-day period up to 150 days after purchase. Our product takes time to work, therefore any claims placed before 120 days will not be eligible for a refund and will invalidate refund eligibility.

For Hair and Brow products, ProCelinyl™ (our proprietary ingredient discovered to reinvigorate hair follicles) has only been proven to work on active (or recently active) hair follicles. Therefore, although our products are the best options for helping the hair follicles, we cannot guarantee results for cases of extended and/or extreme hair loss (i.e. the target scalp area has not had hair for 10 years or more), cases with severe immune disorder, or cases of extreme fibrosis, burning or scarring.

Our guarantee covers the daily use of 1 bottle of either Hair Revival Serum or Growth Concentrate per month per customer for 4 months, up to 4 bottles in total. Guarantee refund claims can only be made once per product application area (i.e. scalp, brow, etc.). All accessories are final sale.
