Returns & Refund Policy

At Revela, we pride ourselves on offering beauty, hair, and wellness solutions for all. We want you (and your hair) to love our products and the results as much as we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@getrevela.com. We would love to hear your feedback and help you achieve your personal beauty, hair, and wellness goals.

You can return any eligible items by mail within 90 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees). Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items.

To start a return, please email us at info@getrevela.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Items must be returned within 90 days of the original shipping date.

  • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Returned items will be subject to a $6.95 shipping/restocking fee. This will be automatically deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or given as store credit. If your original method of payment is no longer available, you will receive store credit.
  • Excessively used products and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  • Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on getrevela.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Revela products purchased from other retailer partners. Please contact the respective retailer's customer service team directly for information on their return policy.
  • Items sent back to Revela without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund as it take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
