Rewards Program Terms and Conditions


The terms and conditions outlined in this agreement will explain how you (“you” or “Member”) can earn points using Revela Rewards (“Program”), and how to use your points to claim rewards. Revela Rewards is offered at the sole discretion of Revela (“Revela” or “we” or ”us” or ”our”). All terms and conditions must be accepted by you to enroll in the Program, including any subsequent updates to this agreement. By enrolling and participating in Revela Rewards, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this agreement, including our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all relevant US laws and regulations. If you do not wish to take part in the Program or do not agree with this agreement, please contact us to terminate your Membership. 

Revela Rewards terms and conditions are void to the extent where prohibited by US law. Taxes may apply where required by law. Participation in the Program does not alter the terms of any other agreement you may have with us. Any disputes relating to Revela Rewards are subject to binding arbitration based on our Terms of Service.


1. Our promise

We shall act both fairly and reasonably towards you, taking into account your—and our—respective interests. This includes any requests made by yourself, deciding whether to give your consent, or to exercise a right, discretion or remedy; or setting any conditions for doing any of these items listed above. We withhold the right to make or change a decision at any point, including where delays, temporary waivers, or deferences, should they occur.

2. Membership

Revela Rewards Membership is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) and Canada, who are at least 18 years old and who can provide a valid email address. It is voluntary to take part in the Program, no purchase or payment is necessary. Only one account may be available per Member. No corporations, associations or other groups may not enroll in the Program. Revela employees are not eligible for the Program. 

Eligible individuals may join the Program by creating an account at You may be required to provide your name, telephone number, mailing address, email address, and other type of personal information and to create a password in order to enroll, earn points, and be eligible for rewards and other benefits (“Rewards”). If you already have an account with us, you are automatically enrolled in the Program.

In the situation of a dispute over the ownership of a Revela Rewards account, the email address submitted at the time of account creation & enrollment will be deemed the authorized account owner. Revela Reward Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time at our discretion. Abuse of the Program, or failure to follow its terms and conditions, or misrepresentation may result in termination of your Membership and will affect eligibility for further participation. 

3. Points

Revela Rewards is a points-based program. To earn points (“Points”), you must have an account, be enrolled, and logged in or provide account-identifying information (i.e., email address associated with your account) at the time of purchase, so we can attribute the purchase to your account.

Your Points balance will be displayed within your Revela Account and in the Status Hub (bottle left corner of your screen). The balance will include any Points awarded for eligible transactions debited to your account, and any eligible activities, such as engaging on our social media channels or referring a friend. There are some transactions that may not be eligible to earn Points to your account. These may include: 

Your Revela account and the Status Hub are the best places to keep track of your Points balance. By clicking the Status hub or by accessing your account, your current Points balance will be clearly displayed. You can access the history of Points earned, redeemed, or disqualified in your Revela account or Status Hub.

During promotional periods, the number of points earned per each whole $1.00 spent may increase (“Bonus Points”). Bonus Points may differ in usability from that of ordinary Points, as will be clearly defined during any promotional bonus point campaign. These periods will be clearly defined campaigns in our communications (see Communications) with start and end dates specified. In the event that no end date is specified, we reserve the right to end promotional period increased Point-earning at our own discretion.

4. Activities that reduce your points

Your points balance will be appropriately reduced when you perform eligible activities, such as when:

When Points decrease, this will be displayed by your Points balance in your Revela account. The Points value will be calculated using the rate at which the Points were originally allocated.

5. Point expiry

Points in your Revela account must be claimed within 12 months from the date of the eligible Reward-earning activity. Points that remain unused after 12 months will expire and be forfeited. If, for any reason, your account is closed, any remaining Points left in your Points balance will expire immediately, unless communicated otherwise. These Points will be forfeited and cannot be reactivated upon creating a new account, unless communicated otherwise. In the event that the Program is terminated by us, we will notify all Members how long they have to use remaining Points before final expiration. Only you are eligible to use your points. If, for whatever reason, we are notified that your account has been compromised and given to another individual, we reserve the right to instantly expire any remaining Points. 6. Status

As a Revela Rewards Member, you are able to earn Points and reach either Bronze, Silver, and Gold Status (“Status”) for eligible activities. All Members with a valid account will be automatically designated Bronze Status. Once you earn Points and reach a certain Status, you may be eligible for certain Rewards applicable specifically to that Status. These Status-specific Rewards may change from time to time or may be offered on a limited basis. We reserve the right to change Rewards associated with each Status, how you earn Points, the Points required to reach Silver and Gold Status, and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and other eligible activities at our sole discretion. Members with Silver Status may earn 2 Points for every $1.00 spent while Members with Gold Status may earn 3 Points for every $1.00 spent. Eligible purchases and other opportunities to earn Points and obtain Silver and Gold Status will be posted on or may be published through other media channels (e.g., in email communications and social media). Members with Gold Status have earned special privileges including exclusive services. Gold Status Members will receive access to a Priority Customer Service Line. You will be provided a personalized number via email. You may not share this number under any circumstances. Calling the number will connect you with a Revela representative cognizant of your account, specially trained to answer any questions you may have and support you to the best of their abilities. Calls to the Priority Customer Service Line are answered seven days a week. 

7. Rewards

To thank our Members for putting their faith in Revela and our products, we will have Rewards available to be redeemed using Points. The Rewards available for redemption and the number of Points required to redeem each Reward at any given time will be outlined at Different Rewards may be available for different users subject to their location, orders, available Points, and Status. You can only claim Rewards that are currently available and listed on at the time. Rewards are subject to availability, substitution, and/or cancellation. Rewards balances and values may be updated in the Program from time to time. Additionally, we may change the available Rewards by withdrawing, limiting, modifying or canceling the continued availability of a Reward—or the number of Points required to obtain a particular Reward without prior notice. Please check your Revela account details for the most up-to-date Point balances. Taxes on Rewards may apply. Any tax liability, including disclosure, is the responsibility of the Member. Purchases, as reflected in our records, shall be deemed correct and we reserve the right to verify any transaction and to correct or modify the Reward at any time based on our records and the associated account information.

In addition to these terms, Rewards may be subject to some special additional terms. These terms may be imposed on us by a third party partner or “Rewards Provider” (see Reward Responsibility). Our responsibility in connection to Rewards Providers is limited. Except with our clear consent, after you have placed your request for a Reward you cannot:

If we have been negligent or you suspect fraudulent activity may have occurred, please contact us immediately at and we will do our best in rectifying the situation. 

By accessing your Revela account, you may redeem Rewards. By clicking on the “Redeem” button either in your account or in the Status Hub, you will receive a Reward Code which you must enter at checkout to complete your purchase. The Points you used to redeem the Reward will be deducted from your Points balance. The specific Reward item must be in your cart at the time of checkout for the Reward Code to be applied properly. Only one Reward Code may be applied at one time. At this time, you cannot combine Rewards with any other coupon or promotion. Reward Codes issued to you are subject to an expiration date, if any, communicated with the Reward or Reward Code, typically 12 months. Rewards may only be redeemed on unless explicitly authorized by us. 

8. Reward Responsibility

We give no verbal, written or implied warranty about any Rewards provided under our Program. We do not represent that any particular Reward is suitable for a particular purpose for which you intend to use it. In the case that a Reward comes with a warranty from the supplier or manufacturer of the Reward, any claim in respect of that Reward should be made directly to the supplier or manufacturer. We make every reasonable effort to ensure the description of Rewards in connection with bonus Points and Rewards Provider terms are correct. However, we are necessarily reliant on the information provided by Reward Providers being accurate and for this reason we are not responsible for any inaccuracy in the description of a bonus Points promotion or of a Reward or any terms applicable to the Reward. Additionally, we are not responsible for Rewards lost due to an inaccuracy in or as a result of a change of address of other pertinent contact information. Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or refund. Rewards are intended for your personal use only. You may not sell or resell Rewards.

9. Resolving Disputes

Should you have a complaint in relation to Revela Rewards, please contact our help team directly at We will aim to resolve any problems or issues that arise promptly. If we cannot find an instant solution we will let you know how long we expect it will take. Once we have completed our investigations, we will let you know our decision, and the reasoning behind it, if possible. If you are not satisfied with the way your complaint has been resolved or handled, or the steps we have taken, you may wish to contact a third party dispute resolution scheme. 

We reserve the right to seek all remedies, whether available at law or at equity, criminal or civil, in the situation that a Member fails to follow the terms of the Program. Any failure to exercise our rights under this agreement or any delay in enforcing or exercising any of these rights will not constitute a waiver of such rights. 10. How to Communicate with Us

You may also periodically receive marketing emails from us about the Program. You may opt-out of the marketing emails at any time, but operational emails will still be sent to you if it relates to your membership in Revela Rewards. If we need to contact you, we will send emails to the address you provided for your account. You are responsible for notifying us for any changes to your contact details. In case we need to update you urgently, our customer service team may phone the number attached to your account. Members with Gold Status should use their personal Priority Customer Service Line number to communicate with us.

11. Personal information

By participating in Revela Rewards, we will need to collect, hold, use, disclose information about you in connection with your account, Points and Rewards. Your submission of personal information through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Information will include certain personal information and transaction information relating to Points earned and requests for Rewards. This information will be used only for the purposes of the Program to provide and market Rewards and services to you, including the products and services of our partner service providers and other third parties. We may need to disclose this information to others in connection to the Program including:

We treat all personal information with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policies. We may also use or disclose your personal information to let you know about offers and news relating to the Program electronically—e.g. email, SMS, and social media channels. We will act with your best interests in mind to communicate news to you, and you can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive our marketing. We will process this request as soon as practicable.

12. Termination

Revela Rewards has no pre-set termination date. However, we reserve the right to cancel, modify, or restrict any aspect of Revela Rewards at any time, acting reasonably, with or without notice. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to expire an account without notice after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as a period in which a Member earns no Points or redeems no Points. In such cases, no extensions, refunds, or other exchanges are permitted for Points that have been removed from an account based on inactivity. We also reserve the right to expire an account where Points were obtained as a result of fraudulent activity or technical failures of any kind. In other cases, if possible, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice of the termination and cancellation of your Revela Rewards account (if applicable). If we give you notice after termination, Points will only continue to be credited to your total Points balance in relation to transactions that occurred prior to the date of termination. We will provide general explanations for termination and the time period available to you to use your Points to redeem Rewards, if possible. This time period will be defined before the final expiry of all Points, if possible. Some examples of when we may need to terminate include, but are not limited to:

All accrued Points will be lost if your account expires or is canceled, and you will not be able to redeem any remaining Points for Rewards. 16. Changes to Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change and update Revela Reward terms and conditions when needed.  While these changes may come without prior notice, we will notify users of any major updates to ensure full transparency. These terms and conditions for Revela Rewards do not alter the terms of any other agreement you may have with Revela. We may waive compliance with these terms and conditions at our sole discretion and may run promotions from time to time that provide enhanced benefits to select Members.
